1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original, resalable condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are not in their original condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

  • Contact Us First: Email our customer service team at luoyangtingbo@163.com within the 30-day return window. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific return shipping instructions. Returns shipped without an RA number may not be accepted.
  • Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the authorized return address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. CommerceDiscount is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer direct exchanges only for defective items or items we shipped incorrectly.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at luoyangtingbo@163.com with your order details and clear photos/videos showing the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.

5. Return Shipping & Address

  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s).
  • Returns must be sent only to the specific return address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns to our company’s office address, as this will delay processing.

6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are sold at a discounted price and are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at luoyangtingbo@163.com. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
