  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your payment is confirmed.
  • Order Verification: For the security of all transactions, some orders may undergo verification, which could extend the processing time by an additional 1–2 business days. If required, we will notify you promptly.
  • Order Modifications or Cancellations: To modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at luoyangtingbo@163.com. Changes can only be accommodated before your order enters the fulfillment stage.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Economical delivery with an estimated transit time of 12–30 business days after your order has shipped (processing time not included).
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery service with an estimated transit time of 7–15 business days after shipment (processing time not included). Available for most destinations.
  • All delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service, package weight, and destination. We may offer promotional free shipping on select orders or regions.

5. International Orders: Customs & Import Duties

  • Important: For international shipments, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country.
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to CommerceDiscount. We cannot estimate these charges, as they are determined by your local authorities. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

7. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. CommerceDiscount is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Delivery Completion: Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” our responsibility ends. We are not liable for loss or theft after delivery. Please inspect the package upon receipt.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, additional fees for reshipment or return may apply.

8. Shipping Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement or updates for more than 15 business days after the “Shipped” notification, please contact us for investigation.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email luoyangtingbo@163.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
